Half of the payment is due upfront. The second half will be due upon completion of the commission.
Extra charges are due immediately.
Any transaction fees you incur are your responsibility and are not included in the payment.Use:For your personal use only! You retain the rights to all the original characters that you've created and I retain the rights to the vroid (the commission).You are allowed to distribute for free the commission so long as you appropriately credit me. If you want to use the vroid commercially or purchase the rights to a vroid contact me beforehand.NFT:
Under no circumstances are my vroids to be used as NFT. Even if you have purchased the rights to the vroid, making an NFT out of it will result in the immediate termination of your rights to the vroid and it will revert to me and you will not be getting a refund.Refunds and canceling:If you cancel before I start work, you are entitled to a full refund, minus the cost of any transaction fees I might incur by refunding you.
If you cancel after I start work, you are not entitled to a refund. You, however, will no longer owe me the second half of the payment.
If I cancel for any reason, I will refund the entirety of your payment including any transaction fees I might incur.This document may change at any time without the need for further notice.
